Change of plans?
If you need to switch dates or decide you can’t make it at all, please email us at silkmothstage@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the performance to request a refund or convert your ticket into a donation.
Weather cancellations
In the event of a cancellation due to inclement or unsafe weather, we will contact you to determine whether you would like to receive a voucher for an upcoming performance or convert your ticket cost into a donation. When possible, we will schedule rain dates. We cannot offer refunds for weather cancellations.
